Wow, that sucks. I just did all the updates on my iMac last night, and this didn't happen to me. I think my iMac has Bluetooth 2.0 though....
Either way, I'm not sure what you can do, but I do know that you are probably not the only one and I'm sure we will see a bluetooth update soon to fix that. (I guess I won't be updating my iBook until then.)
