yeah, I should have gone after the first two flunkies about why they couldn't see that I was a customer for 3 years and shouldn't have a disconnect fee. Would have made for a better story for sure.
but I didn't. oh well.

Damn Mike you tell them man. All companies try to screw us at some point or another. Comcast did the same thing to me and after I chewed their GM's ass I got free cable and internet for 5 months.
